In summer, the Makarska promenade turns into a lively meeting point filled with music, entertainment, and social events during traditional fishermen\u2019s nights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visitors can enjoy a varied program with live music, games and competitions, activities for children and sports, along with plenty of entertainment for all ages. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

REGULACIJA PROMETA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd35 On the city waterfront (Riva), parking will be prohibited from 10:00 on the section from the intersection near the ferry terminal to Hotel Porin. Vehicle traffic will be redirected via Stjepan Radi\u0107 Street and onwards towards the bus station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd34 We kindly ask all owners of motor vehicles and motorcycles to remove their vehicles from the city promenade no later than 9:00 AM, as the area must be cleaned and prepared for the event. Traffic will be allowed until 2:00 PM, but parking is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alternative parking is provided:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 in front of Hotel Osejava
\u2013 at the new parking lot next to the Franciscan Monastery in the town center
\u2013 as well as at other city parking lots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd35 Employees of the Police Station and the municipal inspectors will monitor the traffic regulation throughout the entire day. The promenade is scheduled to reopen to vehicle traffic at 1:00 AM after midnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An evening full of music, competitions, and fun for all ages awaits you, along with great prizes and a true summer atmosphere! The program includes a performance and promenade by the Makarska City Band along the waterfront, a concert, a children\u2019s competition called \u201cAlka in a wheelbarrow,\u201d a tug-of-war contest, and the selection of the best dance couple. Valuable and generous prizes are provided for all competition participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
