To mark this year’s Fortress Night, the Interpretation Centre Veliki Kaštel will be offering free entry and guided tours on Friday, 9 May, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at the Centre located in the hamlet of Kotišina.
With expert guidance, visitors will have the opportunity to explore the interior of the fortress, built during the Cretan War in the 17th century, and fully renovated and opened to the public in 2021.
As part of the experience, you can enjoy a simulated “eagle’s flight” through modern VR headsets, and explore the rest of the multimedia exhibition, which spans six levels of the Veliki Kaštel.
