Today marks the beginning of the Autentica Food&Wine FestivalWe’re opening the festival with a panel discussion on the topic “Storytelling in Gastronomy,” which will take place in the Arte hall starting at 4:30 PM. We will be hosting experts who will speak about the importance of storytelling in promoting traditional recipes, local products, and the gourmet heritage of the city of Makarska.
